The year 2020 marks the 70th anniversary of India-China diplomatic ties which have been tumultuous, competitive yet cordial for the most part of the last seven decades. Will the world, and more specifically India, consider this as an opportunity to set up alternate supply lines in India and South East Asia? WIll the world rethink its dependence on China or extrapolate it to non-health issues such as 5G and critical infrastructure? Is economic globalisation in terms of trade and commerce set to witness drastic changes?
